Powder Coating Systems

Powder Coating & Recovery Systems include Powder Booths in SS and CRCA Construction in Cartridge Type, Multicyclone and Single Cyclone denominations. The powder recovery and sieving systems are offered in integral booth circuit and also standalone units. The powder application equipment includes Auto Reciprocators mounted with Auto Electrostatic Powder Coating Guns and also standalone electrostatic powder coating guns.
Powder Coating Booths are offered with Booth Enclosures also with Fresh Air Units in Dry and Moisture Control options.

Liquid Painting systems

The Liquid Painting Systems are offered with Water Back and Dry Type Booths with or without Fresh Air units.
The Liquid Paint Application equipment includes Electrostatic and Non-electrostatic guns including latest HVLP Liquid Guns with Auto Reciprocators, Auto Guns and Hand Held Applicators. We offer exclusively state-of-the-art Krautzberger application equipment.

Pretreatment Lines

The pretreatment facilities are offered in Dunking and Spray options complete with PLC Controlled Transporter's) and requisite systems/sub-systems. The heating systems have various denominations viz: common hot water generator, electrical heating etc.
Pretreatment facilities are offered with requisite accessories viz: Air and Water Piping.

Curing and Conveying Systems

The curing ovens are offered in Conveyorised and Batch Designs with various heating options viz: Gas, Diesel, Electric etc.
The specially designed Camel Back Ovens offer substantial fuel savings; attributed to special design of bottom entry and exit; thus offering almost complete heat lock; despite conveyorised openings.
The conveying systems are in overhead and ground options. Overhead conveyors are in Four Wheel, Three Wheel, Specially Designed Mini Four Wheel and I Beam options. Ground Conveyors are in Metallic and Non metallic Conveying media with variable speed drives.

Cathodic Electro Deposition

The Cathodic Electro Deposition (CED) plants are offered as per request as a stand alone facility or combined with Powder Coating.
